Kim has a very special gift of quickly understanding what a buyer is looking for in their new home, and what they don't need to see. After only a day of working with her we felt like she was our first friend in Arizona! Kim started helping us back in April 2025, when we traveled from Washington State to Green Valley to get a feel for this area and the homes in our price range. For the past year she has stayed in touch with us and provided regular updates on the available homes. This was very helpful and supported our need to stay connected to Green Valley, from a distance.

Always answered our calls and messages quickly. Any question we had that she didn’t have the answer to, she made sure to ask the appropriate parties and get that answered for us. Even through this crazy market she helped the process of us buying our first home so easy! She is awesome! In addition, she became the point of contact when I had to have a few things fixed on the house after the inspection. She went to the house several times to let workers in to fix what needed to be fixed and would email me the receipts once the work was done. Since I was out of state, there was no way I could have gotten the work completed that needed to be done without her assistance. She was available by phone at all hours and worked hard to sell my house. I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. I had enough stress transferring to a new job in a different state, moving several pets, and buying a house in my new hometown all before my house sold, so she was greatly appreciated by me! I work for the government and they paid for my relocation, so Kim worked not only with me but also with the relocation company.

Until my husband was able to relocate with me, she worked around his difficult schedule as we had dogs and couldn't have people in the house without his presence. I was transferred out of state so she made herself available to be at the house when we had repairs done on the roof, plumbing, and air conditioner. I would have had a lot of difficulty getting it taken care of since I was no longer in the area and had no family there to help. She kept in touch during the whole process and kept me informed. I was relocated by the government so she also worked with the relocation company to make sure things moved along.
